Funding for CAP Projects Screen
The Funding for CAP Projects screen can be accessed via the menu:
This will load the funding for CAP projects screen as below:
The Funding for CAP Projects screen presents a table broken down across the estimated out turn (EOT), forward estimate and notional estimate years reflecting the funding sources that are being utilised for capital works purposes by the agency when deriving their Concept Approval Plan that needs Ministerial Signoff. The 'Funding Source' column lists all funding sources that will be used to fund the draft projects.
All the rows in the table are manual entry rows and can be updated through data entry.
Remember to save your changes before exiting the screen.
The variance between the Total Proposed Funding for CAP Projects and selected draft project cashflows should be zero at the time for Ministerial signoff. Any variation will be highlighted at the bottom of the Funding table as shown in the image below.
