Welcome to the Investment Management Module (IMM).
The IMM will support the formulation, development, review, management and reporting of the Western Australian State Government Capital Works Program. Version 2 of the IMM see's the introduction of collecting Strategic Asset Management Framework(SAMF) information and also capturing all project information under the Concept Approval Form.
Agencies will still be able to enter their new Capital Investment Plan projects, request changes to existing approved cash flow data, update funding and expenditure information and print reports using the new system. They will also be able to produce a Concept Approval Plan for Ministerial signoff as well as entering information about their Agency's Maintenance Plan and Surplus Asset Disposal Plan.
For information on any Capital Works Process related issues, such as due dates, approval process, funding arrangements, geophysical location information requirements etc, please contact your Agency Resources analyst.
Should you require assistance with any IMM system related issues, for example general system functionality, login access etc, please email the SIMS Helpdesk.
Please Note: To ensure that the Funding and Expenditure tables in the IMM reconcile, you may also need to enter an BTM adjustment to correctly reflect your Capital Works Program against newly designated Capital Works Program chart numbers in the BTM Statement of Cashflow.
